This morning, I was one of "them people who be walking around the park".
Yes, I was one of them today!!!!
I swear I felt like the star of my own music video. It felt so good to wake up on a Saturday morning and go walking for my health. It really felt great. It really did.
I did three miles in just under an hour. I took my time at points and, at others, I full-out jogged.
I'm trying. That's all I can do.
