Well, it will go down in history that I tried.
I tried to step out on my own and do something that I, alone, wanted to do.
Unfortunately, that get up and go was taken from me - the show got cancelled!
I got dressed, makeup and all, went allllll the way there and found the doors locked and shut.
I laughed at the whole situation ('cause what happened while I was there was funny). I'm glad about it - the fact that I can laugh in certain situations. It is what it is, ya know?
Ah well.
Jay-Z's "dress rehearsal" IS tomorrow night... $100 a ticket to see only him. Hell, I figure as long as he doesn't do any post-retirement joints, it should be a good show, right? I'll decide tomorrow I guess.
But for real, LOL @ the surprise being on me! LMAO!!
